Tasting Notes
The small round pink fruit are soft with a powdery juicy texture and a tart citrusy but fragrant taste. They are eaten when soft and most have a single small seed. They are ripe generally in the late dry season and can be eaten fresh off the tree or made into delish drinks and relishes. Their colour makes them really attractive.
